Position Overview:
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the trusted right-hand to the founder, providing unparalleled support and efficiency.
This role requires you to be in close proximity to the founder, immersed in their world, to anticipate their needs and seamlessly execute tasks.
Your ability to be proactive, observant, and independent will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
With a primary focus on driving and being present in the office, you will be the driving force behind the founder's productivity and success.
Key
Responsibilities:
Constant Availability and Observation:
Accompany the founder at all times, actively observing and listening to everything they do and say, to efficiently understand their needs without constant dictation or translation.
Driving and Transportation:
Take charge of driving the founder to various locations, including job sites, meetings, and personal appointments, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
Office Support:
When not on the road, be present in the office, readily available to provide support and address any needs that arise.
Task Execution and Coordination:
Independently take charge of executing tasks, following the founder's lead and seamlessly translating their vision into action.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Maintain the founder's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are organized and communicated effectively.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication between the founder and various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and team members.
Document and File Management:
Assist with organizing and managing documents, files, and important records, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
Errands and Personal Assistance:
Fulfill personal errands and tasks as required, including picking up supplies, managing appointments, and supporting the founder's personal needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role, adept at providing seamless support and operating independently.
Excellent observation and communication skills, allowing you to anticipate needs and understand instructions without constant guidance.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Professionalism and discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, demonstrating the ability to drive safely and responsibly.
